I’m a designer by trade, turned lymeinista by life.

I have done the work to heal physically and emotionally from chronic illness, and still continue on my own journey each and every day.  I will forever be learning, healing, and growing. 

Lyme disease was life's loving wake-up call, the catalyst for my radical growth and transformation into my best self. Now I want to share with you what's possible when everything feels impossible.

It is now my passion, and my mission in life to heal and to help others heal on every level.
